CENTENNIAL, Colo.— LABS Inc. has finalized the agreement to acquire the assets of Laboratories at Bonfils – a subsidiary of Bonfils blood center. The parties closed the final agreement on November 30, 2007.
LABS Inc. is the Country’s leading testing facility for the specialized needs of organ procurement organizations, eye and tissue banks. LABS Inc. will continue to provide donor eligibility testing for the human eye, tissue, reproductive, stem cell and solid organ transplant industry.
